Fred Colman, MSEE President and Co-Founder
Fred founded Tracker Corp more than a decade ago with the vision of providing an automated solution for immigration law firms and corporations that handled a tremendous volume of immigration cases. As President, Fred drives the company’s vision of creating innovative, secure and flexible solutions, supported by world class customer service. He holds more than a dozen patents for his innovations in life-sustaining medical devices, including the early microprocessor-based pacemakers and several devices to treat diabetes. His executive management track record includes nearly a quarter-century of technology industry experience, driving the growth of new businesses into billion-dollar public companies. Fred holds Electrical Engineering degrees (BS and MS) from the University of Michigan.
Julie Pearl Chair and Co-Founder
Formerly Deputy Attorney General (California), Julie is known as a Legal Tech Entrepreneur who pioneers ways to get optimal results in immigration and I-9 matters. In 1995, along with the former head of the US Immigration Service (now USCIS), she founded the highly rated Pearl Law Group, where she first realized that smart technology could keep her clients safer and smarter – all while helping her colleagues avoid mistakes, delays and routine busy-work. HR Executive Magazine names her among the Nation’s Top 20 Immigration Attorneys and Most Powerful Employment Attorneys. Julie holds a Stanford BA, a Harvard MPA, and a J.D. University of California-Hastings School of Law.
Victor Neeley Chief Revenue Officer
Victor is an accomplished sales leader with a 20 year consistent track record of success in sales leadership at software, communications and hardware companies. Victor is responsible for accelerating strategic growth, driving strategic market alliances, and leading Tracker Corp’s sales and business development organizations. Previously, Victor was VP of Sales at Build.com Samasource, PowerAssure and eVault. Victor has also held executive-level positions in sales and marketing with a number of other technology companies. Victor holds a BS in Finance from California State University, Chico.
Mark Schulte Chief Financial Officer
Mark has over 25 years of leadership and diverse business/financial experience in the security, high technology & communications industries, specializing in scaling the infrastructure of rapidly growing SaaS companies. As Chief Financial Officer of Tracker, Mark is responsible for the executive, operational and financial leadership of the company in support of their strategy to drive innovation, growth and customer success. Prior to joining Tracker Corp, Mark served as the Chief Financial Officer of WhiteHat Security, a provider of end-to-end solutions for web application security. He also was the Chief Financial Officer of IronKey, Inc., the global leader in providing secure managed portable storage, authentication, and trusted virtual computing. Before joining IronKey, Mark was the CFO of Right90 Inc., a SaaS provider that developed software to quickly generate a trusted sales forecast. Mark also has held senior financial positions at WebEx (acquired by Cisco) and Western Digital. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Chapman University.
Brian Fancher Chief Compliance Officer
Brian has a unique blend of professional and practical experience with I-9 and immigration rules. He worked as a legal professional at one of the nation’s highest-volume immigration law firms, and experienced the challenges of applying I-9 and immigration practices in a large, distributed organization while serving as GM of a major national retail chain. Brian leads the definition and roadmap of the company’s hiring compliance products. Brian is responsible for developing best practices — policies, procedures, reporting and training — that help organizations stay compliant with I-9 and E-Verify® laws. He holds a BA in Communication from the University of San Francisco.
Paul Chamberlain VP of Technology
Paul brings over two decades of extensive experience building large enterprise SaaS products while managing world class, high performing global engineering teams. Prior to joining Tracker Corp, Paul held numerous senior positions at PeopleSoft, Oracle, and Workday, most recently leading the development of the new Inventory Product at Workday from its inception. Paul has a proven track record of working closely with development, strategy, customers and sales representatives in creating and delivering highly innovative and quality solutions. Paul holds a BA in Computer Science from California State University, East Bay.
Lauren Coppock VP, I-9 Operations
Lauren has more than 15 years of leadership experience creating operational excellence on a large scale for technology companies, especially in the area of highly efficient service delivery practices for Fortune 500 customers. As VP, I-9 Operations, Lauren leads Tracker Corp’s professional services organization and is responsible for defining and implementing highly scalable processes for Fortune 500 customers. Her team of consulting professionals delivers a range of customer services, including integration with enterprise systems and single sign-on, migration of legacy data, historical I-9 remediation, implementation, and custom configuration. Prior to joining Tracker, Lauren served as Vice President of Service Delivery Operations for WageWorks, where she defined and delivered highly scalable processes serving human resources at large customer organizations. She also managed operations at EmployeeServices.com, where she identified opportunities to expand and scale the company’s software services for customers in human resources. Lauren has a BS in Environmental Science Policy & Management from University of California, Berkeley.
Allyson Kurth VP, Sales
As Tracker’s VP of Sales, Ally is committed to helping companies understand the I-9 and E-Verify compliance landscape while empowering their HR and Legal teams to thrive. Known for her leadership and passion for her clients, Ally has over 20 years of software sales experience and runs Tracker’s Direct Sales and Client Development teams. Before joining the organization, Allyson spent 10 years with SAP Concur where she developed and led a successful client sales organization and worked directly with executives in accounting, finance, HR, IT, and procurement representing Fortune 1000 companies. Ally takes pride in leveraging industry experience to help organizations drive savings and improve business efficiencies.
