Fred Colman, MSEE - President and Co-Founder
Fred founded Tracker Corp more than a decade ago with the vision of providing an automated solution for immigration law firms and corporations that handled a tremendous volume of immigration cases. As President, Fred drives the company's vision of creating innovative, secure and flexible solutions, supported by world class customer service. He holds more than a dozen patents for his innovations in life-sustaining medical devices, including the early microprocessor-based pacemakers and several devices to treat diabetes. His executive management track record includes nearly a quarter-century of technology industry experience, driving the growth of new businesses into billion-dollar public companies. Fred holds Electrical Engineering degrees (BS and MS) from the University of Michigan.
Julie Pearl, J.D., MPA - Executive Chair and Co-Founder
A former California Deputy Attorney General, Julie is known for pioneering new approaches in immigration management for corporate clients. For the past four years in a row, Human Resource Executive magazine has named Julie one of "The Nation's Most Powerful Employment Attorneys" and one of "The Nation's Top 20 Immigration Attorneys." In 2011 Silicon Valley / San Jose Business Journal named Julie to their list of "100 Women of Influence in Silicon Valley." Julie is in the International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers, and is the only Northern California attorney to receive a "Star Individual" ranking in the Chambers Global and Chambers USA Guides to the World's Leading Lawyers. In 2010, Best Lawyers named Julie to their list of Best Lawyers in America, and Super Lawyers magazine named Julie to their list of Super Lawyers of Northern California. Julie's law firm, Pearl Law Group, won the 2012 "Immigration Provider of the Year" EMMA award, and has been on the San Francisco Business Times list of "Largest Women-Owned Businesses in the Bay Area" every year since 2009. Julie graduated from Stanford (BA), Harvard (MPA), and UC-Hastings (JD).
Mark Schulte - Chief Financial Officer
Mark has over 25 years of leadership and diverse business/financial experience in the security, high technology & communications industries, specializing in scaling the infrastructure of rapidly growing SaaS companies. As Chief Financial Officer of Tracker, Mark is responsible for the executive, operational and financial leadership of the company in support of their strategy to drive innovation, growth and customer success. Prior to joining Tracker Corp, Mark served as the Chief Financial Officer of WhiteHat Security, a provider of end-to-end solutions for web application security. He also was the Chief Financial Officer of IronKey, Inc., the global leader in providing secure managed portable storage, authentication, and trusted virtual computing. Before joining IronKey, Mark was the CFO of Right90 Inc., a SaaS provider that developed software to quickly generate a trusted sales forecast. Mark also has held senior financial positions at WebEx (acquired by Cisco) and Western Digital. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Chapman University.
Brian Fancher - Chief Compliance Officer
Brian has a unique blend of practical and professional experience with I-9 and immigration rules. He worked as a legal professional at one of the nation's highest-volume immigration law firms, using his I-9 and immigration expertise across a broad client base. Brian also has hands-on, practical experience with the challenges of applying I-9 and immigration practices in a large, distributed organization, serving as General Manager of a major retail chain with stores and employees all over the U.S. As VP of I-9 Product Management and Chief Compliance Officer for Tracker Corp, Brian is responsible for the definition and roadmap of the company's hiring compliance products. He is also responsible for developing best practices — policies, procedures, reporting and training — that help organizations stay compliant with I-9 and E-Verify® laws. Brian monitors the ever-changing landscape of I-9 and E-Verify® laws, and meets regularly with many of the nation's most respected employers to develop best practices and to benchmark industry norms. Brian holds a BA in Communication from the University of San Francisco.
Lauren Coppock - VP, I-9 Operations
Lauren has over 15 years of leadership experience creating operational excellence on a large scale for technology companies, especially in the area of highly efficient service delivery practices for Fortune 500 customers. As Director of Professional Services, Lauren leads Tracker Corp's professional services organization and is responsible for defining and implementing highly scalable processes for Fortune 500 customers. Her team of consulting professionals delivers a range of customer services, including integration with enterprise systems and single sign-on, migration of legacy data, historical I-9 remediation, implementation, and custom configuration. Prior to joining Tracker, Lauren served as Vice President of Service Delivery Operations for WageWorks, where she defined and delivered highly scalable processes serving human resources at large customer organizations. She also managed operations at EmployeeServices.com, where she identified opportunities to expand and scale the company's software services for customers in human resources. Lauren has a BS in Environmental Science Policy & Management from University of California, Berkeley.
Mark Musgrave - Director of IMS Strategy and Support
Mark has over 25 years of strategic planning experience for both customer-facing applications and cross-company processes that serve customers. He has worked extensively with immigration professionals at both law firms and large corporations to engineer innovative solutions for some of their biggest challenges. As Tracker's Director of Strategy and Support for immigration case management, Mark is responsible for driving the vision and strategy for Tracker's IMS product, strengthening the product's position as a strategic asset and service differentiator for the nation's top immigration law firms. Mark came to Tracker from Fragomen LLP, one of the world's largest immigration law firms, where he directed the firm's business application initiatives and implementations for nearly 13 years. At Fragomen, Mark optimized many areas of the immigration case process, significantly improving both efficiencies for legal staff and client retention rate for the firm. Prior to Fragomen Mark served in customer-facing roles for a number of technology companies. Mark holds a BS in Industrial Technology from Eastern Illinois University.
Jay Grubbs - VP of Sales
Jay has over 25 years of experience in strategic market planning, sales, marketing and channel development in enterprise markets for human capital management solutions. As VP, Jay is responsible for the company's long-term strategy for generating, retaining and growing revenue and profitability across multiple channels. Jay is responsible for accelerating strategic growth for the company, driving strategic market alliances, and leading Tracker Corp's sales and business development organizations. Jay came to Tracker Corp from Ceridian, where he served as vice president of enterprise sales, leading a strategic sales team and increasing revenues of SaaS-based human capital management solutions in enterprise markets. Prior to Ceridian, Jay served as vice president of sales for First Advantage, where he drove sales of the organization's talent acquisition management and Form I-9 solutions. Jay has also held executive-level positions in sales and marketing with a number of other technology companies. He has a master's degree from University of Colorado and a bachelor's degree from Colorado State University.
