Julie Pearl, J.D., MPA — Executive Chair and Co-Founder
Julie co-founded Tracker Corp with Fred Colman. A former California Deputy Attorney General, she is known for pioneering new approaches in immigration management for corporate clients, she and her law firm are consistently recognized by leading publications and associations for their accomplishments, including being named by Human Resource Executive magazine as one of “The Nation's Most Powerful Employment Attorneys” and “The Nation's Top 15 Immigration Attorneys” in 2010 and 2009. Julie uses this profound expertise in immigration law to benefit Tracker Corp customers with the best possible first-hand understanding of employment and immigration law processes. Julie graduated from Stanford (BA), Harvard (MPA), and UC-Hastings (JD).
Fred Colman, MSEE - President and Co-Founder
Fred founded Tracker Corp more than a decade ago with the vision of providing an automated solution for immigration law firms and corporations that handled a tremendous volume of immigration cases. As President, Fred drives the company's vision of creating innovative, secure and flexible solutions, supported by world class customer service. Mr. Colman holds more than a dozen patents for his innovations in life-sustaining medical devices, including the early microprocessor-based pacemakers and several devices to treat diabetes. His executive management track record includes nearly a quarter-century of technology industry experience, driving the growth of new businesses into billion-dollar public companies. Fred holds Electrical Engineering degrees (BS and MS) from the University of Michigan.
Brett Weiss - Chief Executive Officer
Brett Weiss has more than a decade of leadership experience in enterprise software. Partnering with Fortune 500 employers and others, Brett pioneered new ways to automate compliance, while seamlessly integrating with employers' various systems and human processes. He has been featured nationally as an expert panelist and commentator on technology in employer compliance. He previously launched the highly successful company, Remedy Interactive, (a compliance SaaS business for large employers), which he shepherded from start-up to “One of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area, 2008 & 2009” (San Francisco Business Times). Brett earned a Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and a Master’s from UC San Francisco.
Patti Paul, MBA - Chief Financial Officer
As a finance professional with over 12 years of leadership experience in senior level positions, Patti has managed and directed accounting, budgeting and financial operations of prestigious retail and web-based merchant organizations. Ms. Paul is responsible for leading financial growth and scalability strategies at Tracker. Patti received her MBA from SUNY at Albany, New York.
David Ziegler - Vice President of Technology
David is responsible for development strategies of all Tracker Corp products, including
ImmigrationTracker™ and
Tracker I-9™ Software. An exemplary champion of continual product enhancement regimen at Tracker Corp, David conducts expert design in step with customers' suggestions. As one of the company's first employees, his extensive product knowledge allows him to strategically analyze product suggestions and deliver the most useful improvements. David holds a BA in English and Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin, an MA in English Literature from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and has done extensive work toward his PhD.
Tim Mayfield - Vice President of Sales
Tim Mayfield joined Tracker in 2003. As the Director of Sales, Tim has overall responsibility for managing and directing Tracker’s Sales in the U.S. accelerating growth, best practices and service levels within target markets. A sales authority in the intellectual capital, content delivery, performance, and talent management software industry, Mayfield has held positions at leading software providers including Niku, Digital Pipe, and Saba. Tim holds a B.S. in Business Management from San Jose State.
Kristin Mauger, MBA - Vice President of Operations
Kristin leads the Customer Service team and is responsible for ensuring all of Tracker Corp's customers are delighted with their immigration management or Form I-9 software. Kristin has more than 16 years of customer service, training and technical support experience. Her team at Tracker Corp has been widely acclaimed by immigration professionals for delivering outstanding customer care, year after year. After serving in the U.S. Army in a Patriot Missile unit, she worked in pharmaceutical technology. Kristin earned her MBA along with additional certifications from San Francisco State University.
