Tracker I-9 provides a dedicated support team, including implementation support, Web-based (or on-site) training and support escalation. Tracker I-9’s support service team consists of eight highly qualified, award winning representatives. Tracker also offers ongoing online support and training as necessary.

Live customer service is available 6:30am to 5:30pm, Monday-Friday, via a toll-free phone number and a special Tracker customer support website available directly by clicking a button on the product's home page.

With Tracker, we support you far beyond training and customer service. You'll be assigned a dedicated Account Manager to facilitate any custom requests or training requirements and to expedite any urgent matters, even after hours. Tracker Corp also provides the additional proactive guidance of our in-house Best Practices Manager, who has ten years of experience providing immigration and I-9 legal strategy support.
