• Select Tracker's One-Click E-Verify option to perform E-Verify instantly and receive a result of Authorized or Tentative Non-confirmation in seconds. Or you can choose to review the data prior to submitting to E-Verify. If any form submitted to E-Verify is unacceptable, Tracker will prompt you to make corrections.
• Use Tracker's Auto-Verify™ to automatically submit completed I-9 forms to E-Verify, without even pressing a button, or turn off this feature at the Worksite or User level
• Turn E-Verify on or off at the Worksite or User level, so only designated managers at locations where E-Verify is required by federal, state or city laws can submit employee records to E-Verify.
• Specify the E-Verify effective dates per Worksite, so employees with an earlier hire date won't be sent to E-Verify by mistake.
• Easily designate specific employees as “Assigned to Federal Contract” to automatically allow E-Verify for their records while withholding all other non-applicable employees.
• Relax while Tracker's E-Verify Monitoring service automatically retrieves responses to open cases from E-Verify as they are posted to the DHS server, so you don't have to check case status daily. The service sends you an email if any cases come back as Tentative Non-Confirmation (TNC) and then guides you through Tracker’s TNC Resolution Methodology.
