Fred Colman, MSEE - President and Co-Founder

Fred founded Tracker Corp more than 10 years ago when he and Julie Pearl saw a need in the market for an automated solution for law firms that handled tremendous volumes of H1-B Visas. As President, he drives the company's vision of providing secure and flexible system solutions, supported by world class customer service. Fred has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience driving growth in the technology industry.

Prior to Tracker, Fred was an electrical engineer for more than 25 years, where he has received international accolades and more than a dozen patents for his innovations. He designed life-altering medical devices, including the early microprocessor-based pacemakers and several devices to treat diabetes. Fred held key leadership roles at MiniMed, now Medtronics, and TheraSense, now Abbott Labs. At both MinMed and TheraSense, he was among the first employees and as a member of the executive team contributed to their growth into billion-dollar public companies. Fred earned Electrical Engineering degrees (BS and MS) from the University of Michigan.

Julie Pearl, J.D., MPA - General Counsel and Co-Founder

Julie's inspiration for Tracker Corp was to address her clients' need to manage and store immigration paperwork more efficiently. This was the beginning of the industry's leading Immigration Management Solution - Tracker Immigration.

In addition to her role as Chairman of Tracker Corp, Julie is founder and Managing Attorney of Pearl Law Group, one of California's largest corporate immigration law firm.  Julie is a former California Deputy Attorney General.  Pioneering new approaches in immigration service delivery to corporate clients, she and her law firm are consistently recognized among leading publications and associations for their accomplishments, including:

Julie graduated from Stanford (BA), Harvard (MPA), and UC-Hastings (JD).

Brett Weiss - Chief Operating Officer

As  COO, Brett Weiss brings more than a decade of experience in enterprise software, as well as an impressive list of relationships with many Fortune 100 companies. In addition to providing Sales and Marketing leadership and growth strategy, Weiss leads Tracker Corp’s joint venture (channel partner) negotiations. He focuses on building relationships with human resources information (HRIS) software vendors, background screening, payroll and other organizations driven to meet US employers’ need to integrate secure verification of work eligibility as part of an efficient employee onboarding solution.

He has been featured nationally as an expert panelist and commentator on technology in employer compliance. He previously launched the highly successful company, Remedy Interactive, (a compliance SaaS business for large employers), which he shepherded from start-up to “One of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area, 2008 & 2009” (San Francisco Business Times, Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal and East Bay Business Times). He earned a Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and a Master’s from UC San Francisco.

Patti Paul - Vice President, CAO

As a finance professional with over 12 years of experience in senior level positions, Patti has helped companies manage and improve upon their accounting, budgeting and operations functions.  Her most recent position prior to joining Tracker Corp in 2002 was that of VP of Finance and Operations for an on-line wine merchant.  Patti received her MBA from SUNY at Albany, New York.

John Fay, J.D. - Director of Product Management and Corporate Counsel

In addition to serving as in-house Corporate Counsel for Tracker Corp, John is responsible for the development of all Immigration Management System functionality at the company. As an immigration attorney with almost 10 years of experience, John has managed and prepared a variety of U.S. immigration matters for employers and individuals. Before joining Tracker, he designed and managed his firm's proprietary immigration case management system. John participates in client seminars, speaking on both business immigration issues and case management technology. John received his BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University and his JD from the Dickinson School of Law.

Kristin Mauger, MBA - Director, Customer Services

Kristin leads the Customer Service team and is responsible for ensuring all of Tracker Corp's customers are delighted with their Immigration or I-9 solution. Kristin has over 16 years of customer service, training and technical support experience. Her team at Tracker Corp has been widely acclaimed by immigration professionals for delivering outstanding customer care, year after year. After serving in the U.S. Army in a Patriot Missile unit, she worked in pharmaceutical technology. Kristin earned her MBA along with additional certifications from San Francisco State University.

David Ziegler - Manager, Software Development

David is responsible for development of all Tracker Corp products, including Tracker Immigration and Tracker I-9. An exemplary champion of continual product enhancement regimen at Tracker Corp, David conducts expert design in step with customers' suggestions. As one of the company's first employees, his extensive product knowledge allows him to strategically analyze product suggestions and deliver the most useful improvements. David holds a BA in English and Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin and has done extensive work toward a PhD at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
